We Take all Covid-19-Precautions at Ben Mynatt Cadillac
Ben Mynatt COVID 19 Precautions:
Ben Mynatt takes the Covid-19 Virus very seriously. We want to let you know that the safety of our employees and customers is first and foremost the most important thing to us. But we also wanted to let you know we are taking extra measures to ensure your safety as well as that of our employees. Per recommendations from the CDC and State and local health officials we have instilled the following measures at our dealerships:
- Face coverings will be worn by ALL Ben Mynatt employees when interacting with customers regardless of whether we are adhering to a 6 foot social distance or not to help ensure that we are doing all we can to prevent the spread of the disease. We are also recommending all customers visiting the dealership sales or service and parts department please wear a face mask as well for your safety as well as our employees.
- Where possible we have put markings in place in the service and parts department areas to help with the social distancing measures. We ask that all customers please adhere to the markings.
- We are working on limiting the showroom and service area spaces to a maximum of 10 people at one time properly distanced apart per CDC guidelines so as to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. We are trying to do this through an appointment basis and have reduced the allowable appointments over time slots to reduce the amount of people and ask for your cooperation when scheduling service.
- ALL individuals in our showroom, parts, and service departments MUST maintain a 6 foot distance between them. We have set up markers in service and parts as well as in our showroom to help coordinate and control that measure.
- For the safety of our guests and employees we ask that anyone who is not feeling well or currently has a fever to not visit our dealership. Additionally, if a guest resides in a household where another resident has tested positive for COVID-19, please do not visit our dealership.
- Our employees are prohibited from coming to work if they are feeling sick or they reside with someone in their household who has tested positive for COVID-19.
- We are providing disposable gloves for test drives, disinfecting every vehicle after a test drive.
- Our service department is using disposable gloves, as well as providing steering wheel wraps and plastic seat covers for all of our vehicles.
- We are regularly disinfecting our showroom and service department throughout the day and have a cleaning crew doing a deeper clean every night after we close.
- We have hand sanitizer available and requiring our employees to wash their hands regularly for at least 20 seconds at a time.
In addition, we recommend you take advantage of our online appointment setter for service to schedule your service since we have blocked it out so as to minimize the amount of people at one time gathered in the service area. And our sales department is offering touchless home delivery of any new or pre-owned vehicle within a 200 mile radius at no additional charge to our valued customers.
